At HDM, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If for any reason you are not happy with the size your order, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that any items that have been altered or customized cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at HDM to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return has been approved, please ship the items back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

We will process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive your returned items ALONG WITH A 20% restock fee. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
